AVS Video Converter - Markers

The Timeline tool allows you to put Markers to help you in applying effects and editing your movies. Using markers can help you visually control working with files, but the basic purpose of using markers is splitting (Splitting).

To add marker:

  1. Put the Timeline cursor at the position where you'd like to set marker.
  2. Click the Add button located in Markers area. The name of marker shown as Position:# will appear in the markers list:

To delete marker:

  1. Select the marker you want to delete from markers list.
  2. Click the Remove button located in Markers area.
    OR
    Right click the the name of marker and select Delete marker from menu.
    OR
    Press Backspace or Delete key.

When you edit several files at once or work in batch or merging mode, it might be useful to use Auto Add button. Markers will be added automatically at the beginning of each file.
