AVS Capture Wizard is a special separate utility that enables you to capture video from any video capture device connected to your computer. You can transfer video from DV and VHS cameras and recorders to hard drive and create movie DVDs, capture video from TV tuners, DVB cards and WEB cameras, encode video directly to MPEG4 instead of native hardware uncompressed video format and save free space on your computer.

To capture video please launch AVS Capture Wizard by clicking the corresponding icon on your desktop. After that AVS Capture Wizard application will start. Depending on video capture device its interface will look differently.

Note: if you'd like to capture video from VHS cameras, you'll need a TV tuner or a TV card.
