AVS Firewall not only provides a solid protection from network intrusions but also gives the advanced information on network-related data. That may be useful when you want to find out how traffic is consumed or see currently established connections including all the details.
Click here to download it. After the download is finished, run the AVSFirewall.exe file and follow the installation wizard instructions.

Click the AVS Firewall system tray icon to make its window visible:
Or choose AVS4YOU -> System Utilities -> AVS Firewall from the Programs section of the Start menu in case AVS Firewall is unloaded.
Then press the Monitoring tab, you will see the list of applications that have connections. Click the to expand an application name and see the connections that are associated with the application including essential particulars:
Press the Statistics tab. You will see page with 2 tabs. Look at the Applications tab contents, you can estimate traffic sent and received by applications:
Then click the Graphic tab to see the chart that reflects the incoming traffic usage on protocols and learn statistics on network interface through which you carry out connections:
Now all things concerning the traffic usage are sorted out and all the established connections are completely within your eyeshot.
